We refuse to describe EWC as being a ‘generalist’ Recruitment Agency.  We would be underselling ourselves and firmly believe we are not ‘general’ in what we do.  We are practiced and experienced in a multitude of areas and can recruit on any level from a junior role right up to an executive level.

We realise that clients choose which agency they want to work with; at EWC we also choose which clients we would like to work with.  Eva Wilson Consulting never wants to become a volume recruiter, likened to a ‘sausage factory’ where consultants lose sight of why they are really working for clients.  We only want to work with people who also give 100% to the process.  After all, you are employing us to consult and to find the best solution possible for you – and if we can be really honest, we like to think our fee is warranted and that you get real value for your money.
